I wasn’t going to write a blog post this month. After all, it’s December and no one wants to see another blog about setting goals or New Year’s resolutions, right?!

But I felt compelled to at least share about something I’ve been hearing a lot lately. It’s the idea that in order to launch a big idea, start a business, start a podcast or a blog, you need to have every single element buttoned up and camera-ready. This is a BIG FAT UNTRUTH. The truth is that you will never be fully ready, and that’s okay!
